"In his series TCS (Tatara Color System), Tatara seeks to reveal beauty in elements that, in our era, have been stripped of it. He employs an artistic language familiar to us in the digital age—flat colors, spatial abstraction, internet browsing—and subverts processed imagery through what he calls ‘reverse processing.’ This concept has been at the core of his work since 2015."
